Thahrav Return & Exchange Policy

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Exchange

If you have any size issues with the product, you can email us at contact@thahrav.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Mention your name, address, phone number, email address, and order ID in the email. Include the size you need.
We will arrange a reverse pickup for your location if available in your pin code. There will be a Rs 150 charge for this service.
If reverse pickup is not available in your pin code, you will need to mail the product back to us yourself.
Exchanges are only allowed for size issues. We will not exchange a product for a different product.
If your desired size is not in stock, you will receive a credit note instead of a replacement product.
You can only exchange an item once per order.
Opening a video of the parcel being opened for the first time is mandatory for all exchanges. We cannot process an exchange request without a video.

We do not accept returns on any products.

Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled.
Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled within 24 hours by calling us at 8920676549 or emailing us at contact@thahrav.com.
We will not accept exchanges or returns if you do not like the material or colour of the item. We recommend that you carefully read the product description and look at all the pictures before placing an order.
There may be a 10-12% color difference between the product you see on our website and the actual product due to screen resolution variations on different devices. We cannot guarantee an exchange or return for this reason.
Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
